Silent Witch (サイレント・ウィッチ 沈黙の魔女の隠しごと) is an anime adaptation based on the light novel. It's first announced by Kadokawa and Aniplex on August 2, 2024. The anime has premiered on July 4, 2025, with the first season ending on October 4, 2025.

Synopsis[]

In the Kingdom of Ridil lived a genius wizard known as the first person to be able to use magic without uttering a single spell, named Monica Everett.

With this extraordinary ability, Monica joined the Seven Sages as a hero capable of defeating powerful dragons, such as the legendary black dragon, all by herself. However, in reality, the sorceress nicknamed the “Silent Sorceress” developed her magic without uttering spells because she was shy and preferred to live on a mountain peak, far from the hustle and bustle of city life.

However, her secluded lifestyle changed when one of her fellow sages assigned her to secretly protect the second prince, Felix Arc Ridil, from assassination attempts. Unfortunately, this meant she had to disguise herself as a student at Serendia Academy, an elite school reserved for upper-class nobility.

Between her guard duty and her social anxiety, Monica must face her toughest mission yet.
